She serves as the backbone of Coastal Concierge, thoughtfully managing client homes, coordinating vendor appointments, and overseeing projects with care and consistency.
Daniel Hulett, Real Estate Agent
As an Amelia Island native, Daniel brings a genuine understanding and appreciation of the community to every listing he represents. That local insight, paired with the global reach and trusted reputation of Sotheby’s International Realty, ensures each property is positioned with both authenticity and exceptional exposure.

Courtney brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to property management, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. With a background in education, she’s a clear and patient communicator—someone clients feel comfortable with right away. Her natural care for others, especially her heart for children, shows up in how she looks after both people and properties, treating each with genuine attention and respect.
Megan
Megan combines her background in education with a calm, attentive approach that translates seamlessly into serving our clients. She’s known around here as our “CLO” (Chief Leaf Officer), thanks to her deep knowledge of plants from growing up in her family’s nursery business. Whether it’s keeping a property in order or making sure a client’s houseplants are properly cared for, Megan handles the details with a steady hand and a level of care that doesn’t go unnoticed.

Miranda brings a thoughtful, inquisitive approach to her role, never hesitating to ask the right questions to get things done correctly. She’s eager to learn and quick to grow, which makes her a strong support across the board. Her willingness to dig in and understand the details helps keep everything moving in the right direction.

Her hands-on mindset and strong work ethic make her a dependable presence the team can always rely on. Fun fact: her and Miranda are sisters!
